Below I have two EVDO setups using a Yagi and a Omni antenna. If you do not use a antenna simply remove that part from the schematic.

With a Yagi, Panel, or Grid antenna and Internet Connection sharing with a router:


With a Omni antenna and a EVDO router. Wired desktop, wireless laptop and not using ICS:
